Club Member Form

Membership Promotion: Become a member today and your membership will run through May 31, 2023. Club membership dues are $50 per year. Club membership is open to those who live or work in Wilton, and requires attendance at a minimum of three (3) events per year, serving on at least one (1) Club committee and one (1) committee for our annual Spring Fundraiser, and attendance at or a $50 donation to our annual Spring Fundraiser.
