New Year's Resolution Restart - Jump Back on That Wellness Wagon!
Join us February 6 for an evening meeting designed to help you get back on track with your New Year's resolutions. We'll be joined by Mary Beth Young from Pilates Advantage, and Wendy Slater, Certified Dietician and Nutritionist. Healthy and delicious snacks and drinks will be served.

By now, your New Year's healthy habits and Dry January may be taking a turn for the worse. Mary Beth Young of Pilates Advantage will inspire us with how to keep moving, strengthen and lengthen to eliminate chronic pain and prevent future injuries. Wendy Slater, Certified Dietician Nutritionist, will share her tips on how to focus on nutritious, whole food choices, while keeping eating joyful. Healthy and delicious snacks and drinks will be served. Join us for our EVENING meeting, 6:00-7:30pm, February 6, at the Wilton Library.
