Thanksgiving Basket Gift

Our club is creating a Thanksgiving Basket for a Wilton family in need. The basket, with enough items to create and enjoy a Thanksgiving family dinner, will be donated to Wilton Social Services on November 25, 2019. 

We are trying something different this year, and are asking for a monetary donation from club members, which the Junior Leadership girls and mothers will use to shop for the Thanksgiving basket items.   We are estimated we need about $250-$300 to fund the basket.  The donations are set up in increments of $5, and any extra money collected will be donated to Social Services to help out other Wilton families in need.  Donations are due by November 18th.

Also, volunteers are needed to work at the Food Pantry at Comstock Community Center on the 25th to help collect baskets that morning and to organize the Food Pantry in the afternoon:

9:00-10:30 - 2 volunteers

10:30- 12:00 - 2 volunteers 

4:30-5:30 – 2 volunteers
