WWC Member Holiday Event

This zoom event will feature Wilton’s own award-winning chef Heather Priest of Olmo Restaurant guiding members through the creation of a cheese/charcuterie platter featuring cheeses from Mystic Cheese Co. Highlights will include a cheese map for assembling the platter, plus professional tips on proper cheese knives and accompaniments. Members will also follow along to create a festive holiday appetizer sure to be a hit at home this holiday season. Ingredients will be packaged and available for pickup in Wilton in advance of the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
